ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES: The Macerich Shopping Center Holiday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on November 2, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. PST (all times set forth in these Official Rules are Pacific Time) and ends on December 24, 2026 at 11:59 pm (“Sweepstakes Period”). List of participating shopping centers (each, a “Center”; collectively, the “Centers” is provided below).
To Enter the Sweepstakes Online: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the official entry form available at each participant Center’s website for one entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. Each Entry requires the participant provide their full legal name, address, email address, and phone number and select the Center to which their Entry shall apply. Entry via Center website includes consent to use of personal information for marketing purposes.
To Enter the Sweepstakes by Mail: For one Entry into the Sweepstakes, by hand printing your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, the name of the Center closest to which you live, and the words “Macerich Shopping Center Holiday Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing it in a sealed, stamped, and hand printed #10 envelope to: Macerich Management Company, 11411 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85028, Attn: Corporate Marketing. Each piece of mail that is received by Administrator will be considered an entry for the day that falls five (5) days prior to Sponsor’s receipt; up to three entries may be received on a Monday (to apply to Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Entries not following format requirements will be void.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per day per entry form. Failure to complete the official entry form, follow the instructions, procedures, and/or these Official Rules shall render the applicable Entry invalid.
Upon completing the entry form, an additional Entry shall be provided if the entrant clicks the promotional link to a buying guide (limited to one additional Entry per day).
Additionally, upon completing the entry form, entrants shall be provided a referral link (e.g., to share on social media). Entrants shall be given an additional Entry each time their referral link is used by another individual to enter the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the U.S. who are eighteen (18) years old or older as of the first day of the Sweepstakes Period and who live within 100 miles of a Center are eligible to participate. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate family members and members of their same households) and agents and representatives of (i) the Centers, The Macerich Company or (ii) any of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies (collectively “Macerich”), and employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of (A) the merchants of the Centers or (B) any advertising or promotion agencies that do business with Macerich are not eligible.

SWEEPSTAKES:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing of all entries on December 30, 2026 to receive $100,000 via check (the “Grand Prize”).
Five (5) additional prize winners (“Prize Winner”; with the Grand Prize Winner, “Winners”) per Center shall receive a Nespresso® coffee machine. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $229. Prize Sponsor: Nespresso®
The Winners must respond within 120 hours from being contact via the contact information provided in their winning Entry or else may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners must accept the prizes in person and make themselves available for photos within five (5) business days or else may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per person for all sweepstakes, contests, competitions and promotions conducted by the Centers in the same calendar year. No substitution or cash equivalent of the Prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize is nontransferable and is subject to the terms included therein. Each winner agrees to accept his or her Prize “AS IS.” A lost or stolen Prize will not be replaced. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each participant is solely responsible for all taxes as it relates to their respective Prize, including applicable sales and income taxes.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each participant grants Sponsor, Macerich, and each of their respective partners, licensees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, related companies and successors, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”) the universal and perpetual right and license to use, exploit, print, publish, reproduce, display, distribute and broadcast and to grant others the right and license to use, exploit, print, publish, reproduce, display, distribute and broadcast the participant’s name, actual or simulated likeness, photograph, image, voice, portrait, picture, personal characteristics, biographical information and other personal identification in any and all languages, formats, and media now known and hereafter developed (including, without limitation, on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram), in connection with promotion of the Sponsor Entities, Center’s website, the Sweepstakes and/or any Sweepstakes-related activity and any and all advertising, promotion, marketing, and/or publicity thereof, including all ancillary and subsidiary rights therein, without additional consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the redemption or entry process, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Such a person may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes if not capable of completion as planned due to causes beyond the control of Sponsor.

OFFICIAL RULES: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules, which will be available at Concierge and/or Management Office at the Centers during the Sweepstakes Period. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes itself and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decision is binding and final in all respects.

DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, stolen, illegible, misdirected, deleted, destroyed or altered entries; or for any mail, computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, errors, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Web Site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information.

RELEASE: By participating, participants on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby knowingly and voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish, and agree that they will not assert or maintain against the Sponsor Entities and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes, all participating merchants and their designated agents and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or this Sweepstakes, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, attorneys, or agents (collectively, “Sponsors’ Companies”), any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown now or in the future, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, redemption, or their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes in any way (including any tax liabilities). Entrants hereby acknowledge that they may hereafter discover facts different from or in addition to those which they now know or believe to be true and agree that this release will remain effective notwithstanding. The Winners shall be required to execute reasonable documentation before receiving the prize, including eligibility affidavit, release, and tax-related documentation. If the Winner refuses to execute such documentation within five (5) business days, they may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected. An IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of the Prize as earned income will be issued as appropriate.

GOVERNING LAW: Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California (without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof). By participating, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between participant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the Los Angeles County, State of California, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California.
