Media Traffic and Promotions Manager

Position Description:     

TheMedia Traffic and Promotions Manager is the key liaison between the mediaoperations and media sales team. The Traffic and Promotions Manager is directlyresponsible for supporting the media sales team in trafficking campaigns,managing digital media scheduling, media sales promotions, business systemsmanagement, vendor management, and service delivery to ensure all media campaignsare posted and executed both timely and professionally.
The Media Trafficand Promotions Manager assists in on-boarding and managing new technologyplatforms and helps train new users on end-to-end work flow. Additionally, thisposition works closely with the media sales team and ops vendors (amongst otherstakeholders) to drive efficiencies and increase productivity by providingsales support, generating reporting, and managing sales promotions and salescollateral as needed. The position provides customer service to all vendors,clients, and interdepartmental partners.
The ideal candidateshould be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and be able tomulti-task in a fast-paced environment.

Essential JobFunctions:
AYUDA MEDIASYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
Learn applicableAYUDA work flow platforms including, but not limited to:
Scheduling of all static and digital media
Inventory management and development
Creation of sales sheets, rates, spec sheets, maps, and content creation guides
Sales dashboards, proof-of-performance dashboards, occupancy reporting, etc.
Support and train users as needed

MEDIA SALESOPERATIONS
Manage portfolio of media buys to ensure timely launches and successful performance
Learn BD agreement types, terms and customization options
Understand purchase orders and custom agreement process for ad agencies
Collect and document proof-of-performance (POP) photos from field teams and third-party vendors as well as generate and publish POP reports to sales team and media agencies as required
Approve artwork for media buys utilizing Macerich brand standards and criteria
Manage operational relationships with media agencies, vendors, and contractors
Create work orders for advertising insertion orders
Manage work orders for print and installation vendors. Ensure timely work order postings.
Develop working relationships with mall teams to coordinate in-house postings, gather POP, etc. 
Debug and troubleshoot issues with delivery and performance of all media
Assist with tracking maintenance and repair issues with vendor/suppliers
Analyze systems and make ongoing process flow improvements to achieve optimization for the team

MEDIAPROMOTIONS
Manage Macerich Media Instagram account, e-blast editorial calendar, quarterly promotional calendar and supporting sales materials
Work with corporate marketing to manage development and updating of sales collateral as needed
Develop and propose promotional ideas and platforms to the media sales team for local, regional and national sales

Requirements andQualifications:
Minimum (3) years of related media experience in digital content management systems, media sales and/or marketing/coordination experience, preferably working with agencies and national brands.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat, and Photoshop
